Received product was worst itne mai tou shop se bht lakh gua acha miljatapr ye log bht fraud kttye hain

Poor quality. No refund. Can exchange but not sure whether we would get the product or not. I think they send good quality products to the YouTubers and when we see their videos, we believe them and end up buying, where we get low quality fabrics and finally get cheated.

The product i received was exactly the same as shown in picture and it was beautiful, even I would like to appreciate their customer service as well. Will love to shop again

Frst tym purchased frm kreeva. So, thoda nervous thi cuz lehnga was about 5k bt was delighted aftr receiving d product. Stitching k baad aur bhi pyaara lg rha h. I can say it's a must buy product.

The material is very nice but the blouse cloth is some what small, but that's ohk, overall very good.

I paurchesed 4 sarees. But their quality is very worst. I didn't believe it. They will display different product and we will get different products. It is not recommended to go for kreeva.com. It is my experience with this.

They are cheating customer saying we will provide semi stitch cloth but i only received just unstitched cloth. When i asked for return they told me you have to send the product by your own risk and we wont give refund, only after receiving your product we can exchange. I mean completely fooling customers. How can i trust them and send my product worth Rs 2500 and expect a exchange from them.

I just fed-up from this company... fraud karti hai.
Bahut hi vahiyat hai ₹2000 ka dikha ke ₹200 ka bhi nahi diya... dikhate kya hai dete kya... customers ka chutiya bana rahe... Upar se vapas khud lene ki policy hi nahi hai. Speed post karo uske baad 10/15 din pagal banayange. Aur fir. Ek no. Ki vahiyat chiz bhej di... Fraud bhare hai
